Sounds like a blessing. I was in Tanzania back in 2013 and was heartbroken by the smiles of the children who all had rotten teeth as a result of the poor water available to them.
I watched as this unique small scale drilling machine was being set up to drill a well at an orphanage in Uganda. When the well was completed and the fresh clean water came out, the kids went crazy with joy.
